We stand behind our service with a conditional 7-day guarantee:
Refund Eligibility:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
Requires documented proof of technical issues (screenshots + error logs)
Demonstration of attempted troubleshooting steps
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Subjective reasons (“didn’t like channels,” “expected more content”)
ISP-related issues (throttling, regional blocks)
Account sharing violations
Processing:
5-10 business days via original payment method
Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days
Hardware Returns (If Applicable)
For physical products like streaming devices:
30-Day Return Window:
Items must be unused, in original packaging
Customer covers return shipping costs
Restocking Fee:
15% deduction for opened items
Important Disclaimers
Refunds immediately terminate service access
Chargebacks will result in account blacklisting and a $50 dispute fee
