Digital Service Refunds

We stand behind our service with a conditional 7-day guarantee:

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

    • Requires documented proof of technical issues (screenshots + error logs)

    • Demonstration of attempted troubleshooting steps

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances:

    • Subjective reasons (“didn’t like channels,” “expected more content”)

    • ISP-related issues (throttling, regional blocks)

    • Account sharing violations

  • Processing:

    • 5-10 business days via original payment method

    • Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days

Hardware Returns (If Applicable)

For physical products like streaming devices:

  • 30-Day Return Window:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging

    • Customer covers return shipping costs

  • Restocking Fee:

    • 15% deduction for opened items

Important Disclaimers

  • Refunds immediately terminate service access

  • Chargebacks will result in account blacklisting and a $50 dispute fee

  • One refund per household (tracked via billing/ISP data)

How to Request a Refund

    • Order number

    • Detailed issue description

    • Evidence of troubleshooting

  2. Allow 24-48 hours for review

  3. Approved refunds processed within 5 days

Prohibited Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Over 5GB of data consumed

  • VPN/ISP connectivity problems

  • Device incompatibility (check requirements pre-purchase)

  • During active chargeback investigations
